In Loving Memory

Dear Marv and Family-  Sue and I have enternal love and gratitude to your wonderful wife and mother.  Besides just being fun to be around, especialy in the Temple, we can never express or thank you enough for the way she visited and remembered my mother.  It was hard for mom to leave her neighborhod and move in with us initially but it didn't take long for Geneva to become her friend. Geneva always rembered mom and did something nice for her on her birthday and when she was in the care facility visited often.

We love Geneva Peterson and pledge to follow her example.

Andrea:

So sorry to hear of your mom's passing.  I served alongside your great parents in the Bountiful Temple for the past 10 years.  (I know they were there for a LOT longer than I have been.)

Hopefully you are doing well.  Good luck at the service today.

Take Care!

I'm so grateful that my path crossed with Genova's this last year. I got to spend time in her home each week and she always greeted me with love and service. Her love felt like home to me because because of her Christlike love. I'll always remember this sweet woman.

Love,

Ambie

Genieva, along with Marv and Michael will always be a cherished memory of vital love and support for me and many other LGBT Latter-day Saints many years ago at Family Fellowship get-togethers. To know that there were active Latter-day Saint families that actually supported their LGBT children was amazing and hope giving and I thank Genieva for her courage, enthusiasm and kindness.  She will be missed and thank you to her family for sharing her with us!

Lisa and Scott,

We saw Geneva's obituary in the newspaper today and also viewed the touching video tribute online.

How grateful you must be to have had the wonderful influence and love from such a beautiful mother, mother in-law and grandmother.  She was full of life and the love of her family.

Tricia and I express our love and condolences to you and your family.  You are special people of influence in our lives.

May you be blessed with comfort and sweet memories to sustain you until you have the blessed opportunity to meet and embrace your dear Geneva once again on the other side of the veil.We are grateful for the loving atonement of the Savior that will make this all possible.

All our best,

Richard and Tricia

To Geneva's family, god bless each of you for your loss.  What a great example she was and will continue to be for all of you.
We knew her through our don Jeremy Alvord after he married Ashlie Carver.
She was always so kind to us whenever we were around her.  We felt like family.

what an incredible legacy she leaves all of you!!
God bless!

Coach, I was saddened to learn of your eternal companion passing.  Over the past 50 + years she has extended her best wishes and friendship to me every time we met.  I enjoyed seeing both of you in the Bountiful temple many times.  I am out of town for your services or I would surely come and pay my respect and express my love.  I hope that you have a great service for Geneva.  Darol
