Walter R. Sroczynski
In Loving Memory
Walt coached me in little league baseball. Wonderful memories of that team and that time.
Got to know Walt at the airport and continued seeing him at sports venues he was involved with. It seems you loose track of friends over the years. He'll always be my friend. We'll all see you soon Walt. Mike Gleason
Mike, Tim and Steven, so sorry for your loss. Uncle Wally was a great guy and he will be missed greatly, he is with Aunt Alda, Jody and Kristen now. I have a lot of great memories when I was younger and you all still lived in NY. Aunt Juanita sends her condolences also. All the family here are sending our prayers and love to you. Please keep in touch and let us know how all of you are doing. Much love, Lisa, Tom, Aunt Juanita and Ricky.
When I was working upstairs at Terminal One in the WA CRRO I began to notice your Dad stopping in at times and talking with the lead Supervisors. After a while he spoke to me, a young 25 year old and I gradually learned that he knew a lot of stuff about the other airlines forecasted new SLC routes and marketing plans. He was really a natural networker and always conveyed a hopeful, cheery note about the whole, huge thing called the Airline Biz. If there was a job called King of the Airport, that would have been his forever.
Worked with Walt many years, always a total gentleman. He was always kind, fun, smart, fair & fun. It was a pleasure to know Walt. My Love & Best to his family. Larry Staser, a Western Airlines Employee ✈️❤️
So sorry for your loss.
I always enjoyed talking with you Dad durring our times at the SLC airport.
Mike and family
Sorry for your loss.
I did not know your dad.
Our deepes condolences to your family. Your dad was the kindest man who gave the best big bear hugs! Always loved seeing them and looked forward to those hugs from Walt when we attended the Utah sporting events. He will be missed, but is back together with his sweetheart and daughters.
